I've spent the last decade building culture and leadership systems at high-growth companies across B2B SaaS, Professional Services, Private Equity and more. The kind where the stakes are high, the pace is relentless, and getting it right means the difference between thriving and imploding.
I started in international non-profit fundraising, then moved into Human Resources leadership at a rapidly scaling organization where I got to build the systems and processes that stabilized a remote team tripling in size. Through all of that change, the lifeline was the company’s culture. The kind people felt, funders believed in, and everyone wanted to be part of.
From there, I moved into VC-backed startups, working with founders and leadership teams navigating the beautiful chaos of rapid growth. I love the intensity of those moments, the clarity they demand, the opportunity they create.
